About the author: Averie is software developer by day, and an avid reader of fan fiction by night. She is a lifelong lover of books, who has always dreamed of sharing her own stories with the world. Born and raised in Wisconsin, she’s a homebody who enjoys hot coffee, cozy blankets, and watching Gilmore Girls with a cat on her lap. Her debut novel, The Unchosen Heir, is the first installment of a new fantasy romance series. Kings and queens, gods and goddesses, enemies and lovers collide as we follow a princess who has always felt second-best.
